Naruto: What is a "Space-Time Ninjutsu" ????? What does it do? Who can Perform it??

Can you list who can?|||A Space-Time Ninjutsu is, to explain a little, a jutsu that warps the space and time.... (what the hell I%26#039;m saying, I need to explain).





If we go from Point A to Point B, it normally takes an amount of time via normal traveling method (transport, walking, whatever...) like this:

But using the time-space ninjutsu, it warps the space between A and B so the amount of time needed is cut to minimum or zero. Like this:

This is perfect for those who want to reach a far place in a very short time. This is the same as Goku%26#039;s (Dragon Ball, anyone?) Instantaneous Teleportation.





In Naruto, only two people can use this technique. One is the famous Konoha%26#039;s Yellow Flash Yondaime Hokage, who uses a medium for his teleportation (his specially-inscribed kunais); and another is *spoiler*Tobi, a.k.a. Uchiha Madara */spoiler*. This guy doesn%26#039;t need any medium at all.|||Its a jutsu that the 4th Hokage had created and can used. So,far he has been known for the only one who can use it. He would use a special kunai that he had made,with a seal around it because of this seal Minato was able to transport himself,where ever the kunai was,because of this he would pretty much just transport to that are,so it was basically defy time itself. It was first seen in the Kakashi arc.





The technique has been called Hiraishin no Jutsu - Flying Thunder God Technique.

Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname %26quot;Konoha%26#039;s Yellow Flash,%26quot; due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them
