As far as Ninjutsu is concerned it teaches mental arts , movements quick and sharp, it teaches deflection tools, weapons as well as body movement, it teaches skills of the spirit escape and reflection of attacks, and it teaches martial artistry on a level that makes even a 8th Dan go, %26quot;you can do that?%26quot; WOW
It is an ongoing progress to understand the movements and spiritual arts of the harmony of the union of the body know only to some as %26quot;The Way%26quot;
