What should sasuke kirin ninjutsu attack rank shoud be?

this is one powerful attack|||I think it goes to A - Kage Level.





Since Kirin is based on real lightning, only high-ranked shinobis who mastered Lightning element can use such technique. I personally think Kakashi can use it, btw.





However, it%26#039;s a little less than Naruto%26#039;s Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken which is S-rank (only the creator can use it).
