Except rasengan what is naruto new ninjutsu?|||Well there is this ninjutsu that can change the climate and the air level and all that stuff in the place where he is, but I don%26#039;t now the name also he has a more powerful Rasengan it is called Oodama Rasengan ( Giant Ball Rasengan) it is way stronger than the normal Rasengan and of course bigger. =)
