Can Might Guy use ninjutsu?

In uzamaki chronicles 2 he can%26#039;t use ninjutsu|||yes, but he just chooses to specialize in taijutsu(with the exception of his summoning technique)....why? my guess is that he just wasn%26#039;t any good at them, since he said he used to be %26quot;a loser too%26quot;.|||He can but chooses not too because He%26#039;s trying to motivate Lee, Who can%26#039;t use ninjutsu or genjutsu.|||yes he just chooses to mainly use taijutsu|||He can and does use ninjitsu. He has a turtle that is a personal summon for Kuchiyose no Jutsu. Unlike Rock Lee, Might chooses to only use taijutsu. He can also use genjustsu as seen when he dispels the sleeping spell during the Invasion of Konaha arc.
