I would have to go with Gaara, Shikamaru, or Lee.

Taijutsu - definitely, Rock Lee%26#039;s! I think he has the most superior one. And, drunken boxing anyone? He is a %26quot;natural%26quot; drunken boxer, as Gai-sensei said.
