Have a look on kutaki no mura%26#039;s web page and see if there%26#039;s an instructor in your area. I cant speak for every school but most of them i know will not allow anyone under 16 years of age to train. This is mainly due to the weapons aspect and because Taijutsu is a very difficult art to grasp even for adults.
