Ninjutsu - what is the name of techniques used on opponents, forcing them to sleep attacking vital points ???

ATEMI WAZA/SUTEMI WAZA/CHIN NA

ATEMI WAZA is the study of vital point striking more to set up a throw or restraining submission hold and is contained as an add on in many karate systems..SUTEMI WAZA is the study of technique whose only purpose is to kill usually only seen in military training.

CHIN NA teaches the vital points and many locks restraints and is an addition to many kung fu systems.

You have to realize many of these points are difficult to get at in a fast and furious fight and on some people with hi pain thresh holds don%26#039;t work at all or the effect is so delayed they may as well not work.

I feel these may be hold overs from a less civilized time and used and developed in ambush attacks to get it over quick before the enemy is prepared and ready to fight.|||not asleep they will be unconscious.kyushu jitsu is the name for attacking vital points and knocking people out.|||the one about sleeping is %26quot;feather illusion jutsu%26quot; and the attacking vital points is a %26quot;Eight trigrams 64 for palms%26quot; or %26quot;Eight trigrams 128 palms%26quot; or Eight trigrams mountain crusher%26quot; and the last one that i know is %26quot;Last Resort Eight Gates Assult%26quot;. Hope this is what you needed|||There is a maneuvre called the 5 point push in Wudang Kungfu where you hit the 5 main energy centres and it overloads the system.

I%26#039;m sure there are others that will just put the opponent to sleep, but it would be more like knocked out rather than a typical slumber.
