How do you do ninjutsu and gain mission XP points on naruto ultimate ninja storm?

i just got the game


and i completed the first level tat was fighting with kakashi


but when i tried to go to the next mission


it didnt let me


and i have no idea how to do ninjutsu


so can some one tell me how to do ninjutsu in the game and how to earn mission xp points
