That site might help, and they say that they%26#039;re in south wales somewhere, but it isn%26#039;t really specific. Also, I%26#039;m not so sure if ninjutsu is really a practical art, since very few people practice it.|||The only organization that teaches authentic Ninjutsu is the Bujinkan. Find a Bujinkan dojo in your are and see if they will allow you to join.

Phantom Exorcist isn%26#039;t entirely correct. Ninjutsu is practical and can be very effective. Many people practice Ninjutsu through the Bujinkan all over the world.
